Overview
These terms apply to every booking made with [Company Legal Name], trading as The Content Studio. By confirming a booking you agree to them. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer where those rights apply.

Bookings and deposits
A date is held once you have confirmed in writing and paid a non-refundable deposit of [25%] of the quoted fee. Until then the date stays open to other clients. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Payment
The balance is due [7 days] after delivery, by bank transfer. Late payment may pause further deliveries and incur interest at the statutory rate.

Cancellations and rescheduling
You can move a booked date once, free of charge, with at least seven days’ notice. Cancelling within seven days of the date forfeits the deposit; cancelling within 48 hours is charged in full. If I have to cancel, you choose between a full refund and a new date.

Deliverables and revisions
Each service lists what you receive and when. Selected edits include one round of reasonable revisions; further rounds are charged at the hourly rate. Raw files are not supplied unless agreed in advance.

Usage and licensing
You receive a licence to use the delivered content on your own channels, website and organic social media, with no time limit. Paid advertising, third-party and print usage are licensed separately. I keep the copyright and may show the work in my portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities
You provide product, locations, access and any brand guidelines before the shoot day, along with any permissions needed to photograph people, property or products. Delays caused by missing items may reduce what can be delivered on the day.

Liability
I carry public liability insurance. My total liability for any booking is limited to the fee paid for it. I am not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside my control.

Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force when you book is the one that applies to your project.
